ForwardMax provides AI consulting and implementation services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellent outcomes, we do not guarantee specific business results from AI implementations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForwardMax's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement according to the terms defined in the applicable service agreement. ForwardMax reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
